Purchasers of Courses and Toolkits

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and billing address. Payment processing is handled by Stripe through Wix—we do not access or store your payment card details.

Toolkit Portal Users

When you use our AI Governance Toolkit Portal, we collect your access code usage, organization details and questionnaire responses you provide, and the documents generated. For license verification and audit purposes, we also collect your IP address and browser information. When you register a client, we collect the client's legal entity name and business address, and for Enterprise licenses, the company registration number.

Course Participants and Certification Recipients

We collect your name, email address, course enrollment and completion records, and certification details.

Consulting Clients

We collect information necessary to deliver our consulting engagements, which may include contact details for key personnel, organizational information, and materials you provide in connection with the engagement. The scope of data collected is defined by our consulting agreement with you. Consulting engagements may be subject to additional or alternative privacy terms specified in our agreement.

  • Service provider contracts include confidentiality obligations

  • No storage of payment card information
