SHOSHANA ROSENBERG

Founding Member and Managing Director, Strategic Programs Advisor

Shoshana Rosenberg initiated the vision and developed the frameworks for Logical AI Governance, laying the groundwork for what has since evolved into a collaborative endeavor with other leading experts. As the initial founder in August of 2023, Shoshana established the core methodologies and mindset that continue to guide the company's strategic direction. Today, she serves as a co-founder and Strategic Advisory Director, reflecting her role in both the inception and the ongoing development of the organization.

With an extensive and expansive background in international and corporate law, privacy and security, software development, international development, advocacy and thought leadership, Shoshana brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to AI governance.

In her role as Strategic Advisory Director Shoshana continues to guide the organization’s strategic initiatives, ensuring that our services and solutions remain aligned with our core mission of promoting ethical AI practices. While Shoshana does not serve as a consultant, she is a Logical AI Governance Cohort and Training facilitator and mentor, and her strategic and visionary leadership ensures that Logical AI Governance stays true to its foundational principles and leads the way in innovative governance solutions.

SARAH CLARKE

Sarah Clarke is a specialist in GRC, privacy, and technology governance with deep expertise in AI risk and assurance strategy. As a principal consultant at Logical AI Governance, she helps organizations develop scalable, risk-aligned AI oversight frameworks. Ms. Clarke has contributed to the IASME Cyber Essentials standard, the IEEE P3119 public sector AI procurement standard, and the Open Standard for Responsible AI at the World Ethical Data Foundation, where she is a Technology Governance Specialist. A former Director and Emeritus Fellow of For Humanity, she is also a guest lecturer at the University of Manchester. She is recognized for her development of AI use triage methods that enable rapid, sustainable adoption while preserving regulatory and ethical integrity. Named one of Computer Weekly’s most influential women in UK tech since 2022, she brings precision, pragmatism, and governance clarity to complex AI deployments.

JANALYN SCHREIBER

Janalyn Schreiber is an expert in data protection, AI compliance and business strategy. She brings over 25 years of experience in data protection, management consulting, privacy, and compliance to her role as a principal consultant at Logical AI Governance. Her diverse background across technology, finance, and consulting sectors, coupled with her deep understanding of the interplay between technology, privacy, and business strategy, positions her as a valuable asset to organizations navigating the complexities of AI adoption and governance. With her pragmatic approach and ability to develop tailored solutions, Ms. Schreiber helps clients establish AI governance frameworks that prioritize transparency, accountability, and ethical considerations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

SAMANTHA SIMMS

Samantha Simms is a digital compliance attorney and principal consultant at Logical AI Governance, with deep expertise in AI governance, data ethics, and regulatory design. She brings over 15 years of experience advising global organizations on structuring responsible AI oversight and designing governance systems that support explainability, integrity, and operational accountability. Ms. Simms draws on her legal background to help organizations clarify decision rights, align governance with emerging risks, and prepare for evolving expectations across jurisdictions. Known for her clarity, discipline, and strategic foresight, she enables clients to build AI systems that are not only trusted but built to withstand real-world scrutiny.

MICAH FRUMKIN

Mr. Frumkin is a leader in AI governance monitoring and evaluation strategies. His extensive background and expertise in the field of monitoring, evaluation, research, learning, and adaptation, along with his deep understanding of data-driven decision making and innovation, makes him uniquely qualified to help organizations establish robust AI governance frameworks that incorporate Logical AI Governance's LEARN process for continuous monitoring. Mr. Frumkin's expertise in designing and implementing tailored monitoring and evaluation strategies aligns seamlessly with the Logical AI Governance methodologies and his work and leadership on roles on a wide range of projects across various organizations, enables him to provide the critical guidance, insight, and change management needed for businesses to effectively integrate AI technologies while proactively managing associated risks.

Mr. Bernard is a specialist in data privacy and AI governance with over two decades of experience in legal and advisory roles across Europe and North America. His background as a law firm partner, founder of privacy consultancies, and executive director at KPMG has equipped him with a cross-functional understanding of regulatory compliance, risk strategy, and organizational implementation. At Logical AI Governance, Mr. Bernard supports clients in building scalable AI governance structures that reflect emerging regulatory expectations and real-world operational demands. Known for his ability to connect legal, business, and technical domains, he helps organizations embed responsible AI oversight, manage regulatory complexity, and align governance with business strategy and priorities.
