Service Description
This course is built to provide a detailed understanding of what is needed to build and refine AI vendor management programs for organizations of all sizes. It is the perfect course for AI governance professionals who are now focusing specifically on developing or strengthening their organization or client vendor management program; and for Procurement professionals who are ready to transition their function into AI Vendor Governance, ensuring they and their teams are equipped to take on the challenge of an expanded remit that integrates financial stability, dependency risks, regulatory requirements, and governance alignment. This course meets once a week for 5 weeks, for 90 minutes on Saturdays.
